Boost your immune & decrease UTI's with this drink:
Stock your freezer with cranberries and blueberries. Consuming whole cranberries is a better source than cranberry juice or cocktail. Whole cranberries are a rich source vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C.
Immune Boost:
1/2 cup frozen cranberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups water
1 teaspoon of Camu powder (10 times the Vit. C as an orange)
1 teaspoon elderberry syrup (or sweetener of choice)
Blend up and serve in a nice wine glass. Feels like a fancy drink that way.
